Female found Ina, Jefferson County, Illinois
Head found by civilian in park setting, hanging in bushes, short distance from road, as if thrown from road. Her face was recognizable. No other body parts have been recovered.
Description: Reddish Brown Hair, Brown Eyes.
Suffered from torticollis, aka wry neck syndrome (painful twisting and tilt of the neck - top of the head generally tilts to one side while the chin tilts to the other side)
Pin shaped mole to top side, center of left ear
It was estimated she died in 1993, the same year she was found.
