A woman continues missing after she disappeared, swimming with three other friends near the Monroe Harbor Tuesday, July 7, 2020. The body of this 24 year old woman has been located, but her identification is not yet been released.
While swimming, the winds began pushing the boat away from them in to the break wall, according to the Chicago Tribune. It was a quick, sudden storm which they did not anticipate, with lightning and thunderstorms. The unidentified woman was not located until the morning after.
