On June 6, 2020 a body was found near Interstate 290 near Ogden Avenue.
The Illinois State Police is conducting a death investigation.
Initially it was determined the body was unidentified, and that of a male. It was unknown how long the body was at this location.
He was located in a grassy area near the bridge support just off the I-290.
ISP reported he was not involved in a crash.
Sean Convey was later identified as the body that was located.
Sean's family had contacted us for assistance weeks prior to him being found. His family notified us that the Chicago Police refused to filed a missing persons report for Sean. His family told us their reasoning was that Sean was an adult and can choose to walk away. Sean hadn't been seen since May 21, 2020.
