OBITUARY
Ciara L. Walls was born on November 27, 1986 in St. Louis, MO to the union of Howard B. Walls and Gail Schimp. She attended Jennings Public School. She united in wedlock to Javier Elias Balderas.
Ciara loved working with others and was a loving, caring person. She always looked out for other no matter how they treated her. She was the most down to earth person and would help anybody in need. Ciara left a lasting impression on anyone she encountered.
Ciara departed this life on April 8, 2020. she leaves to cherish her beloved memory her mother, Gail Schimp; her father Howard Walls (Elizabeth); her six children, Roni, Emmanuel, Adalina, Airiana, Zaylee, Rhylee; her siblings, Joshua McGee (Linda), Rodney, Jebediah, Alberta Logan (William), Marvin Logan (Tara), Tiara Logan (Cantrel), Teresa, Brionna, Howard B. Walls Jr., Tabitha, Assyria, Lydia, Joshua, Rikki, Ricc, Jay, Will Jr., Nya, Josh, Jayda, and a host of other nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

A female torso has been found in a creek about 300 yards off the 79th Street bridge in East Saint Louis, Illinois. The torso was found April 8, 2020. No race has yet been determined. The cause of death has not been yet reported however the manner of death has been ruled a homicide. It is likely that the torso was detached from other body parts intentionally. The person was deceased possibly for a couple days.
