An Amber Alert went out 2/2/2022 for a missing child, just two days old. Details slowly began to be shared publicly, that Kennedy's mother, Danielle Hoyle was found murdered out of Memphis, Tennessee. Kennedy's father, Brandon Isabelle has since been arrested and charged in connection.
Police allege that Brandon Isabelle shot the mother to death, and while Kennedy is still missing, evidence suggests that she is deceased. He has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder, murder in the perpetration of aggravated kidnapping and tampering/fabricating with evidence.
Kennedy's car seat was located abandoned at a Walmart in Whitehaven, Tennessee 2/2/2022 Wednesday afternoon. Danielle's body was located about 11:15 p.m. on 2/1/2022.
Danielle was last seen with her newborn daughter near Sedgwick Drive and Levi Road. Danielle was reportedly on the way to the hospital with Kennedy when she stopped contact with her family. Police were near that intersection looking for their reportedly stolen vehicle, and located the tan Chevy Cruz parked on the side with the driver side window broken. The vehicle was registered to Danielle Hoyle, which showed her family reported she had not been responding to them. The officer that was with the vehicle discovered a female laying outside of the vehicle off the road with gunshot wounds to the head. She was pronounced deceased at the scene, and the family's description confirmed that to be Danielle. The child, two-day-old Kennedy, was missing.
Police detained the child's father, when he waived his rights and confessed to luring Danielle to the area, when he shot at her and took Kennedy. He admitted to taking Kennedy out of the vehicle and drove her to the area of Island Park and the Upper Mud Island Boat Ramp where he claimed he tossed her in to the water. He claimed to throw the gun in to the Mississippi River and Wolf River Delta in Memphis, Tennessee.
Kennedy is still missing. The Amber Alert has since been cancelled and his case is not listed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children organization. Because he is still missing we will continue to leave his case open until the day Kennedy is confirmed to have been located.
Brandon Isabelle was charged with two counts of 1st Degree Murder, one count of especially aggravated kidnapping, one count of tampering with fabricated evidence, and one count of murdering in perpetration of a felony.
