For all known reported missing children and adults in Illinois, we advocate, create awareness, counseling, services, support, equipment and tools needed, always in the best interest of the missing person when we are working with a loved one or family member of the missing person and law enforcement leading the missing person case.

When the case is reported to us and the information we require is provided to us in order to effectively move forward with our Mission and policies.
Advocating for the missing and educating persons to investigate, advocate and publicize these cases without bias.
To bring together all agencies and persons possible in the goal of finding the missing persons when leading a search, including (but not limited to) family or loved ones, searchers, law enforcement, search and rescue / recovery teams (and/or individuals), the community and the media.
We must be provided all required information to effectively move forward with searches and/or investigations.
To bring together loved ones of the missing for the purpose of awareness, counseling and advocating for their missing loved ones by creating events conducive to the purpose.
To create awareness in policy changes needed in Illinois Law that will benefit the Missing Person.
To educate the public and agencies of the tools that are available in finding the Missing Person (such as other agencies, organizations, tools, equipment, teams and individuals available as resources).
To advocate for those found who need assistance with aftercare including missing persons who have been found deceased in a manner of homicide or questionable homicide.
To advocate for those found who need assistance with aftercare including missing persons who have been found as a result of trafficking, kidnapping, abduction and/or any sexual assault or violent nature.
