Three year old Osiel is still missing since his father, Jorge Rico-Ruvira,27, fled January 7, 2020 with his child after Osiel's mother, Isela Mauricio-Sanchez was found dead inside her home on the 600 block of East Forest Street, Roswell, New Mexico.
The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to his arrest. Jorge Rico-Ruvira is now charged with First Degree murder among other charges. He may be anywhere in the US, even fled to Mexico, where he has ties to Zacatecas and Jalisco.
Jorge had a history of domestic violence with Osiel's mother Isela and was charged in October 2019 with aggravated battery for allegedly choking her.
Osiel & Jorge were last seen in Roswell, New Mexico and can be anywhere.
He may still be using a maroon 4-door, 2003 GMC Yukon with New Mexico plates MNF-231. Do not approach. If you see Osiel, his father Jorge, the vehicle described, or you have any information on their whereabouts please contact the following immediately.

Thankfully, Osiel was located safe two years later, though details and exact date was not really shared publicly. We wish this beautiful child safety and emotional shelter that was caused to him by those that had him. It is unimaginable the suffering a child must endure thru times like this.
