Mark Himebaugh, 11, November 25, 1991, Del Haven, Cape May County, New Jersey

Mark Himebaugh was last seen on November 25, 1991, in his Del Haven, New Jersey, neighborhood. He was eleven years old at the time. Mark had left his residence and was last observed in the beachside community at a local park at approximately 4:00 p.m. that afternoon. After Mark's mother could not locate him, local authorities in Middle Township were contacted, however, Mark was not located.

In 2000, an anonymous phone call came in to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, who called himself 'the son of the witness'. It was an anonymous phone call in 2010 at 3:45 a.m. from a pay phone in Philadelphia. He said that Gilbert Patrick Marie may have been involved in Mark's disappearance. There has not been anyone tracked by that name. While the caller seemed sincere, there's been no further information published in this lead.

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children used age progression process to create this photo as Mark at about the age of 40.

Mark lived with his family on Beach Road in Dell Haven, New Jersey as shown in this picture back in 1991.

Below is a person of interest in Mark's disappearance, Thomas Butcavage. Butcavage is in prison for child sex crimes. He was tied to a case in the Philadelphia area, by a former male prostitute that went public stating that 1993, Butcavage showed him a video tape showing sexual abuse of a child who looked similar to Mark. He is currently being housed at SCI Phoenix in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.

This is the composite sketch made back in 1991, as the individual that was seen with Mark shortly before Mark was abducted. This guy was seen in a white compact vehicle with a roof rack.

This sketch is of a young girl that was seen with Mark shortly before his abduction at 3:15 pm on the day of the abduction. The unidentified girl in the sketch was said to be wearing a 3/4 length dark blue ski Parka jacket with hunter orange strip on the back.

Mark was seen leaving his family's home to watch firefighters putting out a marsh fire. The only evidence left behind was his sneaker found on a Delaware Beach near his home.
