The body found in Lake Michigan near Balbo Drive on May 5, 2020 has been identified as Everett Chinn Jr, 28 of Englewood, a Chicago neighborhood.

The Chicago Sun Times reported May 5, 2020 that a man's body has been pulled from Lake Michigan near Grant Park Chicago about 4:45 PM near Balbo Drive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
